Our B&B Rates and Charges

Terms & Conditions

Rates shown below are as at January 2009 and may be subject to change without notice.

All rates include a full English or Continental breakfast.

1. It is advisable that you take insurance out in the event of a last minute cancellation. A booking with Five Burnham constitutes an agreement covered by these terms and conditions and last minute cancellation will result in the guest becoming liable for the full amount of the accommodation period unless we can fill the accommodation gap at such short notice.

2. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Any bookings without a deposit are not confirmed bookings and the accommodation will be re-let if the payment is not received by the agreed payment date. The remaining 50% is due on arrival.

3. Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation or non arrival.

4. Check in is from 13h00 - 20h00. Check out time is 10h00 except by prior arrangement with the owner. Please note: There will be a surcharge for guests arriving after 20h00.

5. No persons, other than those quoted at the time of booking, are permitted to share the accommodation. In the event of additional guests arriving, they will be charged the regular rates.

6. Payment may be made using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), EFT, Direct deposits and Cheques drawn under a South African bank accompanied by a cheque guarantee card.

7. Once deposits have been recieved, it is then deemed that you agree with these terms and conditions.

2010 World Cup Terms and Conditions

Payment Policy - Terms and Conditions
a) A 25% non-refundable deposit must be made to secure the booking.

b) A further 25% non-refundable deposit to be made by the last day of October 2009 to retain the reservation. Should this deposit not be made, the first deposit paid will be forfeited and the booking will be cancelled.

c) A further 25% non-refundable deposit to be made by the last day of January 2010 to retain the reservation. Should this deposit not be made, the previous 2 deposits will be forfeited and the booking will be cancelled.

d) Balance of payment to be made by the last day of March 2010. Failure to pay this final balance will result in all previous deposits received being forfeited and the booking will be cancelled.
